In 1985, the predecessor of Mayang company - Wuyi Mayang precision casting Factory was established, Our company specializes in producing high manganese steel, alloy steel, high chromium castings. At first establishing stage the company makes a tremendous investment including the industrial 

plants of 120,000 square meters. Mayang is revisers of GB/T5680-2016 standard of Manganese steel casting. Products widely used in mining, cement, construction, metal recycling, metallurgical and other aggregate industries.

Main production process: vacuum molding casting, sodium silicate sand canting;

Main production equipment: 3 sets of 3.5-12 tons medium frequency induction furnaces, 8  sets of 20-25 tons eco-friendly nature gas heat treatment furnaces, 40 sets of lifting equipment, 1 set of 800 tons and 1500 tons hydraulic press respectively;
Main machining equipment: 8 sets of 1.8-2.7m gantry milling machines, 14 sets of φ 1.6m vertical lathes, 7 set of φ2.5m vertical lathes, 4 sets of φ3.15m vertical lathes, 5 sets ofφ3.5m vertical lathes, 2 sets of φ5m vertical lathes;

Main quality examination equipment: 4 sets of physical and chemistry equipment, Germany-made OBLF direct-reading spectrometer, Oxford direct-reading spectrometer, high frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, metallurgical microscope, mechanical properties and hardness equipment;

Main non-destructive testing equipment: penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing;

Production capacity: Produce parts of unit weight from 50kg to 24,000kg. Certificate: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001;
